Q. Where are you located and how do I get there?
A. Escondido RV Resort is located at 1740 Seven Oakes Rd, Escondido, California 92026. Thirty minutes North of down town San Diego and 25 minutes East of Oceanside Beach. Directions from the NORTH (southbound): From Interstate 5 (Orange County, Los Angeles), take the State Route 78 East exit at Oceanside, proceed east to Interstate 15 North, exit El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oakes Road, 2nd drive way on your right. From Interstate 15 (Riverside), exit at El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oakes Road, 2nd driveway on your right. Directions from the SOUTH (northbound): From State Route 163 (downtown San Diego , Mission Valley ) proceed to Interstate 15 to the El Norte Parkway exit. Go east and then left onto Seven Oakes Road , 2nd driveway on your right. From Interstate 5 or 805 (Mexico), proceed to State Route 163, then to Interstate 15 North, and then exit at El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oakes Road, 2nd drive way on your right. Directions from the EAST (westbound): From Interstate 8 (Imperial County, Arizona) take Interstate 15 North, exit at El Norte Parkway East, left onto Seven Oakes Road, 2nd drive way on your right. Q. What time is Check In/Out Time?
A. Check in time is 1:00pm. Check Out time is 12:00 noon. A. Please notify the office prior to check out if you plan to stay longer. NO REFUNDS if you choose to leave early.
Q. Are Pets Welcome?
A. Yes we are pet friendly; however, they must be kept on a maximum 6’ leash at all times when outside of your RV. Owners must clean-up after pets. Bags are available at our two designated pet walking areas. Pets can not be left unattended inside or outside the RV at any time during your stay. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. No aggressive breeds allowed.
Q. Do you have 50 amp hook-ups?
A. All of our sites come equipped with 30 and 50 amp plugs.
Q. What is included at each site?
A. All our sites are concrete pads and all our roads are paved. Sites have 30 and 50 amp electric plugs, water, cable TV (up to 80 channels) connection and sewer hook-up. Wi FI access is available at each site. All our sites have beautiful landscaping surrounding them.
Q. Do you offer telephone lines at each site? A. Each site is set up with a telephone line, you can contact one of our local providers, Cox or AT&T to activate the line if you plan to stay with us 30 days or longer. Q. Do you offer high speed cable at each site? A. Each site is set up with high speed cable. You can contact Cox Cable to activate high speed internet or additional cable TV services.
Q. Do you offer Wi Fi?
A. Tengo is our Wi Fi provider and can be accessed instantly for a small fee.
Q. Do you have a swimming pool?
A. Yes and a spa. The pool is heated year round to 86 degrees and the spa is heated to 102 degrees.
Q. Can we have a Camp Fire?
A. The City of Escondido will not permit any open fires, however charcoal and gas grills are welcome.
Q. Do you have any tent sites?
A. Unfortunately we do not allow tent camping.
Q. How long can I stay?
A. You are welcome to stay with us for one day, one year, a life-time or anywhere in between, it’s your choice.
Q. Do you have a dump station?
A. No, we don’t have a public dump station. The closest dump station is located at Freeway Trailers, 945 W. Mission Rd., Escondido CA, 92026. PH: (760) 745-3970
