We have lots of activities for kids on property including: ping pong, corn hole, pool tic-tac-toe, pool basketball, chalk, and board games. Scheduled activities start on June 6th, we’re still working on the weekly calendar for those events but here are some of those: ‘Music by the Fire’: live acoustic music with create your own designer s’mores, ‘Sunland Cactus Challenge’: race against another family or team to fill up our poolside cactus while trying to plug the many holes throughout the cactus, ‘Cupcake Craze’: decorate a giant cupcake, create a company logo and cake box, act out a hilarious one minute tv commercial, ‘Great Big World of Games’: enjoy your favorite games but this time, they’re giant sized! Jenga, Chess, Checkers, Connect four.
Yes, propane barbecue and propane firepits are allowed. Firepits or barbecues may not be left unattended at any time. Local City ordinance does not allow wood burning or charcoal fire pits.
Yes. All RVs must be fully self-contained, and are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. Your RV must be clean and rust-free, with no broken windows, and if motor powered, running. Tarps on roofs, duct tape and other modifications are strictly prohibited. The RV must be 10 years or newer. Sorry, no tent camping. There are exceptions to this rule; please contact the resort manager if you think your RV qualifies.
Check-in time is 1 p.m. Check-out is 12 noon. Early arrivals and late departures (if available) may be subject to a nominal fee.
Yes. We offer external tank refill service 7 days a week between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you leave your propane tank at the front of your site; our maintenance team will pick it up and deliver it back to your site full. We also offer propane service from the dispenser. Delivery service to your motorhome that does not have external tanks is also available. Weekly during the winter and bi-weekly in the summer.
Yes. We have a year-round heated pool that is maintained at 84 degrees F. Our spa is also open year-round and is maintained at 102 degrees F. The pool and spa hours are from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. seven days a week year round.
We are less than 1/4 mile in either direction from two VONS grocery stores, 24 hour pharmacy, pet store, local eateries such as Killer Pizza From Mars (a galactic twist and really great pizza), Lourdes (our staff’s favorite Mexican joint for lunch), Hungry Bear Cafe (hands down biggest and best subs you’ve ever eaten), Starbucks, Safari Coffee, IHOP, and many others.

Yes. We can accommodate small groups of 10 or less that don’t need kitchen and meeting room facilities. Our resort has a beautiful clubhouse, however, it is limited to the number of guests and lacks kitchen facilities often needed by bigger groups. If you are looking for group accommodations with 10 or more RVs and/or need additional facilities, please contact our other Sunland locations. Unfortunately we do not have pull-thru spaces, but all of our spaces offer easy back in access. We can certainly accommodate a 45ft RV. Some of our larger sites are in excess of 75ft. with beautiful views.
All of our 127 sites offers: water, sewer, expanded cable TV, 30/50 amp electric, and trash service. All stays 14 nights and longer are subject to metered electric charges.
Our rates are based on your length of stay, the size of the space, and the location within the resort. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Call (442) 218-3322.
We offer Broadband Internet connection for free at 5MBps (Megabytes) for checking emails and social media sites. However, if you will be watching a streaming video (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc.), we offer Premium upgrade that deliver 15 MBps.
